Cardiff Heights is a suburb of Lake Macquarie, Newcastle. We are located less than two hours drive north of Sydney and ten kilometres from Newcastle’s Central Business District.
Centrally located between Newcastle’s famous beaches and Lake Macquarie’s beautiful foreshore, our B&B is within a ten minute drive of three major shopping centres, cinemas, golf courses, a golf driving range, squash and tennis courts.
We are a short drive from Warners Bay, where you will find Hunter Ice-skating Stadium , ten-pin bowling, Laser Tag, rock wall climbing, indoor swimming centres, cafes, restaurants, and the beautiful lake foreshore.
A five minute drive will find you at Blackbutt Reserve, where you can experience koala encounters and further explore Australia’s wildlife or a twenty minute journey will take you to Newcastle’s famous beaches.
Close to Newcastle Entertainment Centre, John Hunter Hospital, Hunter Sports Centre, Hunter Stadium and a thirty-five minute drive to the Hunter Valley Vineyards, Valley View B&B is an ideal base from which to explore Newcastle and the Hunter.
